Our consultants begin the process in understanding and

involved to oversee the project. A team of System Analysts,

Depending on specific needs, we use a flexible and
transparent mix of onsite, offsite or offshore resources.

project management specialists in offsite regional delivery
centers in Singapore and Malaysia. These specialists are
further backed by our offshore development center in India.

Data Center Management
We are well-versed in all aspects of Data Center Management
including the following: -
- Hardware installations, maintenance and training
- Physical inventories, metering and monitoring for
license compliance
- Design or optimization of network control centers
- Disaster recovery services
- Administration of on- or off-site Help Desk support
Maintenance of off-site PC/LAN backup and storage for the

Pure On-Site
Under this option, the project is executed entirely
on-site at the customer location. This is followed in
assignments of the following nature:
- Early stages of relationship with the client
- Initiation phases of a project
- Complex Technology involvement
- Moderate time-sensitivity

Extended Team
Under this arrangement, the Infotech offshore team is an
extension of the on-site team. Both teams work on the same
development environment, remotely connected through VPN or
leased line. Throughout the SDLC, there is day-to-day
interaction between on-site and offshore teams. This
arrangement helps Infotech leverage the difference in time
zones into a 24 hours Development Model. We recommend this
model for projects, which are:
- In medium maturity phases
- Involving moderately complex technologies
- Highly time sensitive

Phased Development
This is a collaborative on-site - offsite model where the
initial phases of the project like requirement analysis,
architecture & design and prototyping are done on-site at the
client location. The detailed design, development, assembly,
testing & release packaging can be carried out off-site
followed by on-site installation and UAT. Throughout its life
cycle, the project is managed on-site. This model is
recommended for projects which are:
- at a high maturity level
- involving moderately complex technologies
- medium time sensitive
Typically, these are projects involving legacy
transformation, new releases of existing systems or developing
new applications on established platforms

Complete Off-Shore Development
We offer our clients the option to entirely execute the
projects at the Infotech development center in India. The key
members of the offshore team visit on-site to familiarize
themselves with the specifications, systems and process. The
entire project is carried out offshore with only on-site
support for installation and UAT. Infotech takes the full
ownership for maintenance and support and follows a release
strategy laid down in the Service Level Agreement.
We recommend this option for client assignments, which are
at a high level of maturity and involve activities like
application enhancements, testing, maintenance and support.

Dedicated Development Center
We also offer our clients dedicated development facilities
that provide them with an opportunity to leverage our
